The Doctor of Philosophy with a concentration in Organization and Management provides students with the expertise to become leaders, consultants, or teachers in their industry. In addition to core courses in strategy, ethics, research techniques and management theory, optional elective courses are available as well. Topics include finance, marketing, operations, human resource management, information technology management, and leadership. Three one-week residencies are required.
